Distance sales contract conditions
To reduce delays or disputes during the formation of your purchase agreement, please read and accept below the terms for purchasing goods when entering into a distance contract with KATE Furniture SIA, unified reg. No. 41703006579, Čiekurkalna 1.līnija 6, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia (“KATE”).
If you place an order using KATE’s online offer, a distance contract is formed between you and KATE pursuant to Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) Article 10.

Prices include VAT at 21%. Where a price is quoted “from… EUR”, the “from” price applies to the base configuration eligible at that price, including 21% VAT; other configurations update the quoted price accordingly.
Prices assume the cheapest standard delivery pickup at Čiekurkalna 1.līnija 6, Rīga (cheapest standard delivery method).
Delivery elsewhere and assembly are not included in the product price; final delivery and assembly costs depend on complexity and address and will be calculated after KATE receives your order. More on delivery and assembly costs here: https://kate.lv/piegade/.
You may pay via bank transfer to the KATE account shown on your pro forma invoice.
For your order KATE requires your name/surname or company name and email so we may send confirmation, invoicing and related documents.

You may collect goods from KATE warehouse at Čiekurkalna 1.līnija 6 or request delivery including bringing goods into apartment, house or office. Delivery costs depend on weight and dimensions. Before delivery KATE contacts you around one working day beforehand to arrange a convenient time.

You may withdraw before delivery by not paying the pro forma invoice. If advance invoice is unpaid within ___ days of issue, withdrawal is deemed exercised and KATE is relieved of further performance.
